Embedding values

This creative session helps to generate a set of ideas and initiatives to take the new values off the page, so they are lived and breathed as everyday behaviours. It encourages you to shape your environment to ensure values are brought to life in regular activities and processes, aligned to the employee journey. We explore the role of values in the decision-making process. This results in an agreed set of promises and new ways of working (including things to stop, start & continue) to make it happen; essentially a prioritised action plan of how to make the new values immediately real across the organisation, owned from within.
