Emily

Emily has always been interested in what makes people tick. She started her career as an acupuncturist and later moved into the corporate world to work at companies such as innocent drinks (where she officially got the bug for all things connected to learning and development).

She learnt the craft of HR in a business where engagement, culture and values were the living, breathing core of the business. She saw first-hand the enormous impact this had on recruiting fabulous people to deliver outstanding work, developing them to be at their best every day and cultivating an environment with the freedom to experiment and innovate.
