This session is all about taking your facilitating prowess to the next level practising with real subject content, to become a Facilitation Ninja Master. Building on the foundation, this session takes the Ninja one step further, giving a safe environment to discover and practice elements you have learned such as how you prepare, different dynamics of your audience, your own personal facilitation style and how to handle things when they don’t always go to plan. This is your chance to hone your skills and feel confident, to expertly facilitate any creative or learning session.
