With 19 years of experience across HR and Marketing (at Barclays and Red Bull), Carla has extensive experience of managing both People and Brands. As the Head of HR at Red Bull & Red Bull Racing she was responsible for inspiring cultural change and developing a new approach to ‘all things people’.

As her love for marketing and brand grew at Red Bull she took charge of the 250 strong student team, creating a passionate and loyal following that focused on word of mouth marketing. She led teams delivering brand campaigns, innovation and amazing events which brought the Red Bull Culture to life.

Carla left Red Bull in 2012 to spread her passion of building high performing teams and cultures. With her partner in crime, Imogen, she set up FizzPopBANG with a single-minded mission to banish the world of ‘Sunday night dread’, and make the world a place where people whistle on their way to work and perform at their best when they get there. She now spends most of her time spreading her passion for Brand Employee Engagement with Leaders in other businesses and helping them add sparkle through their finest asset, their people. Alongside building and developing the ever growing FizzPopBANG team and acting as the guardian of our own unique 'pirate' culture.
