Clare

Clare started out over 20 years ago at Unilever, where she did various roles in IT, sales, marketing and HR. She has also worked for BP with the global graduate population and at Thames Water where she was an HR business partner. Her most recent adventures have taken her to the world of consultancy, where she has gained over ten years of experience designing and delivering learning interventions and programmes for global businesses. Clare’s experience in the world of corporate and consultancy culminates in a richness of pragmatism and creativity, to find the right outcomes for client challenges.

Clare is passionate about personal growth of everyone she has the privilege of working with. She is curious about what makes people tick including what makes us emotionally intelligent (she’s JCA accredited) and how they can feel more energised, engaged, and fulfilled in all areas of their lives.
